Call your insurance provider and ask about their process and forms for reimbursing out of network providers and services.
It may be helpful to request “'an override of coverage exclusions”. State to your insurance provider that I am the only RMSK certified physician (as of August 2026) in the Omaha area.
Go to your insurance carrier’s website and search “out-of-network reimbursement claim”. They often make it difficult to find, so you are best off calling and talking to an agent.
